One Website for Everything
Before this project, KPT were effectively running two separate websites: a brochure site for general company information, and an online shop for placing orders. This felt a bit disjointed, so we merged the two KPT websites into one great-looking, unified online platform.
KPT’s customers can now find information, browse products and buy and hire the equipment they need – all in a single visit.
A Clean, Responsive Design
KPT’s product range is very large, so good usability and navigation were key priorities for this project. The new website has a straightforward and responsive design that makes it simple to browse categories, find the right equipment quickly, and order confidently on mobile, tablet or desktop.
Visually, the new website reflects the industry KPT cater to – but without feeling cluttered or overly complicated. The end result is a site that looks professional and helps customers to find what they need fast.
ERP Integration & Customer Accounts
The most complex part of this project was integrating the new website with KPT’s existing ERP system. This integration was essential to delivering the streamlined ordering experience KPT wanted, while keeping internal processes efficient and reliable.
