Local Business Website: Jump FactoryJump Factory approached us in 2015 to request our assistance with a major new project: their first trampoline park was set to open in Basingstoke in early 2016, and they needed a professionally-built website in order to promote the park and take online bookings. We collaborated closely with the company’s owners in order to create a bespoke web solution that fulfilled their every requirement; in addition to this, our digital marketing team set up a number of social media accounts for Jump Factory and helped to spread the word about the great new attraction that would soon be coming to Basingstoke.
Jump Factory officially opened its doors in February 2016. By this time, their website had already been live for several weeks; many people had booked their visits in advance, and the anticipation (as evidenced by the posts on Jump Factory’s Twitter and Facebook pages at the time) was sky-high. The big day came and went, and Jump Factory has been going from strength to strength since then, attracting new customers every day via the highly-ranked website and strong social media presence.
Design & BrandingJump Factory’s website has a bold, playful design that appeals strongly to parents and kids as well as to students, traceurs, and other key demographics. The colours used – purple, green and orange – look lively and fun whilst also staying true to Jump Factory’s branding, including the company logo and the colours used around the park itself. The park’s many installations (such as the Half Pipe, the Giant Airbag, and the basketball lanes) are showcased on clean, crisp internal pages, and clear calls-to-action make it easy for the user to locate and use the online booking system. Local SEOJump Factory is a local business. The company’s primary target audience live in and around Basingstoke, and so it was crucial that this website should not only look good but also rank highly for a range of local search terms (e.g. ‘trampoline park basingstoke’). Our search engine optimisation (SEO) specialists looked carefully at the best keywords and how they could be targeted within the Jump Factory website, before using this information to craft and optimise each page’s content properly. We also set up a local Google listing and took a number of other measures to ensure that Jump Factory would always show up in relevant local search results. Social MediaSocial media formed a huge part of this project, and before Jump Factory had even opened, the company’s Facebook page had amassed several thousand followers with the help of our digital marketing specialists. Now that the business is up and running, our marketing team continues to assist the Jump Factory staff with blog posts and social media interaction – good customer relations and online visibility are key considerations for a local business like this, and our ongoing support helps to ensure that people are talking about the trampoline park for all the right reasons!
